Sleeping and pain free

I started having severe lower back pain about 3 years ago when I was getting my baby out of the car. I went to physical therapy with little help. I saw a Chiropractor and my pain went away for 6-8 months. In those 3 years, every 6-8 months I had a flare up of pain, and would go to the Chiropractor for 2 visits and my pain would subside. Before coming to Beck Wellness Center I had severe sciatic pain in my left leg for the past two months. I had pain with sitting and standing, and when you work 60-70 hours per week, it is no fun! Dr. Beck told me I needed the Decompression machine, so I started treatment immediately. I have been coming to see Dr. Beck for about two months now, I am feeling great. I have not had to take pain medication since coming to the office. I have been sleeping better and I am not as exhausted at the end of the day. Thank you Dr. Beck and wonderful staff for helping me regain my health and vitality!
